CLAN Leadership Team
Alan McWilliam
Alan is CLAN Chairman and an ordained minister within the Church of Scotland. He is the primary leader at Whiteinch Church in Glasgow, with overall responsibility for vision, strategy and teaching. He is also closely involved with the Light Project and the Presbytery of Glasgow. Alan is married to Diane and they have two boys, David and Steven. He is also a fervent Rangers FC supporter!
Sylvia McLardy
Sylvia hosts "refresh times" at her home for CLAN leaders. She also oversees the Atrium programme and hosts weekend planning meetings. Sylvia is an interior designer and is married to Peter. She has 4 married children and 7 grandchildren.
Andrea Wigglesworth
Andrea is the Director of Counselling and part of the Teaching Team at St Mungo's Church, Balerno. She is a certified Counsellor, Clinical Supervisor and Imago Therapist. Andrea has a passion for Mission and serves the wider church in preaching and teaching at conferences.
Fred Drummond
Fred is National Director of Evangelical Alliance in Scotland. He was a Church of Scotland minister for 15 years starting and pastoring Riverside in Perth for 5 years. He has a Doctorate in new church in a post-modern world. He is a well known conference speaker and author of two books- I Spy the Rainbow and All That Jazz. He sits on several boards and committees of church work in Scotland. Fred loves all sports, music, film and books and is married to Caroline and they have two teenage sons.
Karl Martin
Karl Martin is Senior Pastor of Morningside Baptist Church in the city of Edinburgh. He is married to Niki and has 4 daughters who keep him broke, humble and youthful! His interests include curry, sport of all kinds and '24'. His heart is to see the Church of Jesus Christ wake up and become the people of God that they have been called to be- passionate, relevant, creative, different, missional and alive.
Jim Ritchie
Jim is the National Director of The Scotland Trust and Minister of Trinity Church of the Nazarene in Perth. For 10 years Jim was lead singer of ‘Triumph’ (Christian Rock Band) and then Minister of Oldmachar Church in Aberdeen from 2000-2008. In March 2008 God called Jim and his wife Maggie out of leadership at Oldmachar to pursue this new vision for Scotland. He is married to Maggie and they have 5 kids; Pam, Dawn, Andy, Becky and Gavin.
Tommy MacNeil
Tommy is a Church of Scotland minister working in Martin’s Memorial Church, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis. For the last 2-3 years they have been the fastest growing church in the Church of Scotland. Their desire is to communicate something of the reality of Christ’s heart to the community around them. As they do this they are seeing people of different ages and backgrounds being impacted, changed, and transformed. As well as a parish minister Tommy is a Director with The Scotland Trust, he’s a member of Evangelical Alliance Scottish Council, and is a trustee for the Scottish Bible Society. Tommy is married to Donna and they have two teenage children, Joanne and Matthew.
